From Aachen to the world. PL BioScience is an RWTH Aachen University spin-off revolutionising the field of cell culture. Our team develops sustainable cell culture media for use in laboratories worldwide. Since 2015, we have established a global network of customers and partners. Together with you, we strive to build on this success and extend our international marketing activities (B2B).

Working hours will be 30-40 hours per week, based on the company growth. Working place is the Technology Centre in Aachen.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaigns
• Create content for different channels (website, social media, e-mail marketing, press releases)
• Design marketing material, presentations and sales documents (online/print)
• Create reports to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends
• Organize and coordinate events (company meetings, conferences, webinars)
• Collaborate with brand ambassadors
• Coordinate external service providers


• Business fluent speaking and writing skills in German and English
• First working experience in operational B2B marketing
• Layout knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

Additional Criteria for this Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Familiarity with digital marketing applications (online tools, social media)
• Storytelling expertise
