💼 Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an essential part of our new laboratory team, supporting the process development, scale-up, production and testing of our innovative HPL products. Your daily tasks will include:
• Working with protein solution from human origin (platelet concentrates and human plasma) in medium / large scale up to 200 Liter
• Applying aseptic manufacturing techniques (filtration, centrifugation, precipitation, formulation, tube welding, aseptic connections, disposable technologies,…) in a GMP environment
• Testing protein solutions (IPC and QC) using different methods such as Cell proliferation and viability testing, ELISA, BCA
• Developing and optimizing protocols for the production and testing of Human Platelet Lysates (HPL).
• Analyzing, documenting, and reporting results with precision and accuracy.
• Maintaining quality assurance and following GxP & documentation standards.
🎓 What You Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Must-haves
• Completed training as BTA, MTLA, Biology Lab Assistant, a B.Sc. in Biotechnology (or related field) with at least 5 years of hands-on lab experience, or an M.Sc. in Biotechnology (or related field).
• Practical experience working with protein solutions in small and large scale (up to 200 L) preferably with disposable technologies.
• Proficiency in working in cleanrooms under GMP regulations.
Personal Skills
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a structured, accurate approach to lab work.
• Curiosity and passion for learning new methods and techniques.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid experience with MS Office and familiarity with analytical software such as GraphPad.

💼 Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an essential part of our new QC team, ensuring the testing, validation, and compliance of our innovative HPL products. Your daily tasks will include:
• Execute projects for the development and improvement of our QC lab environment and its testing processes
• Carry out testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates and final biotechnological products in compliance with applicable standards. Work with analytical equipment and methods of a biotechnological-pharmaceutical quality control laboratory
• Perform and document equipment qualification and process validation actions according to plan in close collaboration with QA
• Arrange sufficient supplies of reagents, assays, materials, and consumables for the QC laboratory
• Create and optimize SOPs, forms and other quality related records in our QC lab
🎓 What You Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Must-haves
• Completed education as a biological or chemical laboratory technician, pharmaceutical or chemical-technical assistant or similar
• 5+ years of practical experience in GMP-regulated lab environment, preferably in Biotechnology or Life Sciences
• Ideally experience in the creation of ISO 9001 and/or GMP documents or reporting
• Sound knowledge or experience of Ph. Eur. or ISO based analytical methods is a plus
• Independent, careful and quality-oriented way of working and solution-oriented thinking
• Team player with reliability, proactivity and secure IT skills
• Proficient in English, speaking German is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality and high motivation to work in an evolving company

💼 Your Key Responsibilities
As an SCM Specialist (m/f/d), you will assume end-to-end responsibility for supply chain planning in a GMP-regulated and rapidly growing start-up environment. The focus of the role is on establishing, managing, and continuously developing sales and operations planning (S&OP). You will work closely with the Production, Logistics, and Sales departments and report directly to the Site Manager. In addition to operational management, you will actively help shape the introduction and design of the ERP system and contribute the technical requirements from the supply chain.
• Establishment, implementation, and further development of an end-to-end S&OP process (demand, supply, inventory, capacity);
• Translation of sales forecasts into a realistic, implementable production and procurement plan;
• Coordination and reporting of capacities, delivery times, minimum quantities, and production batch sizes
• Ensuring delivery capability while optimizing inventory;
• Technical lead for SCM-related requirements in the selection and introduction of an ERP system in close cooperation with the finance and IT departments;
• Tracking Development of relevant SCM KPIs (e.g., service level, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF);
• Functional interface to external production partners.
🎓 What You Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Must-haves
• Several years of experience in supply chain or production management, ideally with a focus on S&OP;
• Very good understanding of end-to-end processes as well as planning and forecasting logic;
• High affinity for data and confident handling of analytical issues;
• Hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills, and structured approach to work;
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of personal responsibility, and decisiveness;
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and solution-oriented approach;
• Enthusiasm for establishing and developing new processes;
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills;
• Experience with ERP implementations or rollouts is an advantage.
